Practice Manager

Born and raised on a farm in the Georgetown area, Kaitlin has always had a strong passion to help pets small and large. Ever since she was a kid, she knew this was the field she wanted to pursue.  She was a Veterinary Technician for 8 years before she started having an interest in the management side of the veterinary field.

She raises sheep, cattle, has horses and dogs. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her friends and family, team roping, and anything that involves being outdoors!

Jen has been in veterinary medicine since 1996.  In her years working as everything from kennel tech to practice manager, she discovered that being a technician is her true passion.  She loves all aspects of the job, from taking care of patients to educating clients.

When she is not at work she and her boyfriend enjoy competing in barbecue cook-offs and relaxing with their two cats, Darrell and Butterbean.

Charisa has been working in veterinary clinics since 2004.  She attended Mt. San Antonio Veterinary Technician program in Walnut, CA.  Over the years, she has held many positions in the field and enjoys her position as a technician the most.

She has lived in Texas since 2006 with her husband, three children, and their family dog, Riddick.  She and her family enjoy many outdoor sports and activities, especially baseball.

Hi, my name is Monica and I just moved to Texas from Northern Virginia in February. I have been a Licensed Veterinary Technician in Virginia since 2012. I also joined the Army Reserves in 2019 as a Military Police Officer. I have an old dog named Max that I rescued in 2013. He was brought in for euthanasia due to being paralyzed. He had physical therapy, acupuncture, and lots of love. In four months, he was up and running like nothing ever happened. I also have two cute kitties, love CrossFit, nutrition, and currently working on my Vet School application in hopes to serve in the Army as an active-duty Veterinarian.

Originally from Maryland, Susanne retired from a career in the legal field and began working at several local veterinary hospitals. She joined our team in December 2019.

When she is not at work helping people’s pets, she spends her time riding horses, writing and enjoys all things vintage.

Helen has lived in Hutto since 2009 and has been a receptionist with us since April 2019. She has worked in customer service most of her life and enjoys getting to know people and helping them and their pets where she can.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending her time with her daughter, son, and her two chihuahuas, Toby and Tucker.

DelmaRosa previously worked in human medicine as a Pharmacy Technician, but her great love and compassion for animals drew her to the veterinary field. She is a mother to her fur babies. Also, she has six grandchildren, including a wonderfully inquisitive girl, a spunky boy, three feathered girls, and a great balanced whiskered boy.

She has been a foster pet parent for WCRAS for several years, as well as an Adoption Ambassador. She continues to volunteer her time by, collecting donations from various businesses to take to the shelter.

In her downtime, she enjoys walking her fur babies and spending hours in her new hobby, container gardening. Other hobbies she enjoys are sewing and home décor. Every room in her house has been revamped to reflect her style.
